After the Paradise Meadows trek and Kitty Coleman Woodland Gardens, we headed to Nymph Falls. As you step foot into Nymph Falls Regional Park, you are immediately embraced by a sense of tranquility. The park's dense forest canopy and the gentle sound of flowing water from the Puntledge River create an idyllic ambiance that immediately washes away the stresses of daily life.
The centerpiece of Nymph Falls is, of course, the striking waterfall that cascades over rugged rocks into a crystal-clear pool below. The falls are not only a sight to behold, but they also serve as a playground for nature enthusiasts. Whether you're seeking a refreshing dip on a hot summer day or a spot to relax and admire the scenery, the natural pool at the base of the falls offers the perfect retreat.
The falls were running too fast for us to take part on this day so we headed back through some forest trails.
Check this video out. Make sure to turn up the volume so you can hear the falls!
